Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx / or whichever you use]. Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after the package has been dispatched.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Carrier Delays Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs, or high-volume shipping periods (such as holidays). In the event of a significant carrier delay, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where we reasonably can, but we cannot be held responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at perasona@outlook.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at perasona@outlook.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
